Questions & Answers

Questions asked by you - our clients!

Weddings:

I note that several of your packages supply a DVD for us to keep - what does this show?

Your DVD is in the form of a slide presentation. All of the images taken on the day, that meet our quality control are provided in a professionally compiled DVD slide presentation, with background music, telling a story of the day. This is yours to keep. Three copies are provided, one for the bride & groom and one for each set of parents. The images are high quality but you cannot print from the DVD itself.

Are you a member of any Professional Organisations?

Yes I am a member of both the Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers and the Guild of Photographers.

What Insurances do you carry?

Obviously as well as equipment insurance, we also carry Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

What happens if your camera breaks down during the wedding?

We always carry back up equipment to cover for camera failure.

Can I spread my payments to you?

Yes of course. Our standard contract terms include for staged payments. The first payment is your deposit followed by two subsequent payments of the remaining balance. 50 percent of the outstanding balance is due ten weeks prior to the ceremony and the remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding.
